Daily School Routine

8.30am

Pupils, accompanied with an adult, may enter school grounds and wait in the playground.

In order to make a prompt start, children should be on the playground by 8.40am.

Children should not be left without parental supervision.

When the bell sounds the children should line up on the playground where their teacher will meet them and take them into class.

8.45am

School day starts.

10.30am - 10.45am

Reception and KS1 playtime.

10.50am - 11.05am

KS2 playtime.

12.00pm – 1.15pm

Reception and KS1 lunch time.

12.15pm –1.15pm

KS2 lunch time.

2.35pm - 2.45pm

Reception and KS1 playtime.

3.15pm

School day ends.

Children are dismissed to parents by staff.

If your child is due to be picked up by someone else, please inform the school office.

We will not dismiss children to an unknown adult.  

Total amount of time spent at school daily = 6.5 hours

Total amount of time spent at school weekly (5 days) = 32.5 hours
